– Processing time:  Usually, we need 3-5 days to prepare the items and there may be some delays during the shopping season.
Items that have been customized will take longer to prepare. Shoes require 5-7 days, and bags take 15-20 days.
– Shipping time is different from country to country. As a flat shipping method, the delivery time will take 5-10 business days.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. Typically, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL are used.
